Do you see panhandlers?

 Anywhere in the unincorporated Harris County call 713-221-6000 and report them to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.  In the City Limits of Houston, especially around Willowbrook Mall, call Houston Police Dept Dispatch at 713-884-3131.  There are too many soliciting in front of Willowbrook Mall and it can be stopped.
